How to choose the right hookah charcoal shape for your market
All our products are made from the same raw material: compressed coconut shells. The shapes differ in form, size and how they are used on the hookah bowl — and that is what guides an importer's choice, based on consumer habits in their country.
- Cube charcoal: the most popular and widespread shape, available in 25, 26 and 27 mm.
- Hexagonal charcoal: pieces with six sides, ordered in markets that prefer this shape.
- Dome charcoal (half-sphere): a flat base with a rounded top.
- Cube with hole: a cube with a central hole that increases the surface exposed to air.
- Cylindrical finger charcoal: long cylindrical pieces.
Sizes and specifications
Cube charcoal comes in 25, 26 and 27 mm, with 80 to 85% fixed carbon, 3% ash, 6% moisture and a burn time of 60 minutes that increases with size. Detailed sizes and specifications for the other shapes are sent by our export team with the quote, based on your request.
Coconut charcoal under your brand
All shapes are available packed under the customer's brand in 1 kg, 500 g and 250 g boxes inside 10 kg cartons, or bulk-packed in 10, 5 and 3 kg cartons. This lets you launch a hookah charcoal line under your own name without owning a factory.
Wholesale and export orders
The minimum order is one 20 ft container (15 tons), and several shapes can be combined by agreement with our export team. We ship on CIF or EXW terms from Egypt's four ports, with a lead time of 15 to 35 days. Send a quote request and choose the product and number of containers.
