A coconut charcoal factory in New Damietta
Coconut Charcoal Factory is located in New Damietta next to Al-Azhar University, close to Damietta Port, which makes moving containers to the port easy. We also ship from Port Said, Alexandria and Ain Sokhna depending on the destination.
Production capacity
The factory's capacity is 100 tons per month — roughly three 40 ft containers a month (27 tons per container). Lead time is 15 to 35 days depending on quantity and the production schedule.
From coconut shells to the container
Production starts with grinding the coconut shells, followed by shaping and pressing on the production lines, cutting to the required shape (cube, hexagonal, dome, cube with hole or fingers), packing in the customer's boxes or in bulk, and finally container loading. Visiting the factory
Importers and traders are welcome to visit the factory to see the production lines and the product first-hand before ordering. Visits are possible during working hours:
