The story of Coconut Charcoal Factory
Coconut Charcoal Factory started operating in 2016 in New Damietta, Egypt, with one goal: to manufacture coconut shell hookah charcoal of consistent quality and supply it by container to importers and wholesalers. Today our production capacity reaches 100 tons per month, and we export to the Middle East, Europe, the USA and Australia.
What do we make?
We produce compressed coconut charcoal in five shapes: cube in 25, 26 and 27 mm, hexagonal, dome, cube with hole and fingers. All shapes use the same raw material and go through the same production stages inside the factory.
Who do we work with?
Our customers are importers, distributors, wholesalers and brand owners. We pack under the customer's own brand or in bulk, commit to a lead time of 15 to 35 days, and reply to every quote request within 24 hours.
Quality
The factory operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Our cube charcoal has 80 to 85% fixed carbon, 3% ash, 6% moisture and a 60-minute burn time that increases with size. Details on the Quality & Specifications page.
